Announcement: Karnival Mahabbah Masjid Muhibbuddin Shah 1.0 @ Stadium Indera Mulia Ipoh
Heads up! Here’s one massive carnival organised by Masjid Muhibbuddin Shah (also known as Masjid Hospital) that you wouldn’t want to miss.
Mark your calendar, clear your schedule for five days from 24th to 28th April, 2019 and go to Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh to participate in a long list of activities, in the name of charity.
Karnival Mahabbah 1.0, organised for the first time by Masjid Muhibbuddin Shah is the mosque’s first event outside its premises, and also the first of this large scale.
Its main objective is to raise funds to support various charitable programmes during the month of Ramadhan this year, tentatively from 5th May until 3rd June.
A few highlights of the carnival that I am able to share include RM10 buffet of Middle Eastern cuisine, on the following days and times:
24th April from 12 noon until 3pm
25th April from 12 noon until 3pm
26th April from 11.30am until 1pm, to continue from 3pm
A charity dinner will be hosted on the evening of 26th April, and diners are expected to be entertained by Malaysian pop diva Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza alongside Kumpulan Nasyid Hijjaz.
Individuals or corporate bodies who wish to sponsor the aforementioned dinner may do so by taking up tables of ten pax each at the price of RM5000 (VIP), RM3000 and RM2000 per table.

Although this carnival is organised by a mosque, the programme is open to everyone, irrespective of race or religion.
