The BrandLaureate SME BestBrands Awards 2017-2018
With the theme “Sensationalise Your Brand to Substantiate Your Brand”, The BrandLaureate SME BestBrands Awards 2017-2018 presentation was a gala event that was full of pomp and pageantry.
The awards night, hosted at Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 8th Feb, 2018, was evidently a night to remember for Mr. Peter Chan, The Haven’s Chief Executive Officer, who bagged the SMEs Man of the Year Award 2017-2018.
Additionally, The Haven Resort Hotel Ipoh All Suites won the Brand of the Year Nation Branding Outstanding Resort Concept Award 2017-2018, making it award No. 46 for The Haven.
These successes follow award No. 44, which was Top 1% TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Award 2018, a hat-trick for the property, having been accorded the accolade for three consecutive years since 2016.
President of The BrandLaureate Dr KK Johan believes that there is a diamond in every SME, one that has great value and is coveted by all.
With Mr. Peter Chan being acknowledged as SMEs Man of The Year, he is indeed a gem. It is through his vision and strong leadership that the world knows about The Haven, and Ipoh, as a destination for residence, vacation and retirement.
Ipohites are definitely delighted that Ipoh and Perak are put on the world map once again.

very inspiring! i will check out the resort if i do come to ipoh. Ipoh has always been on my travel list hehehe..but i seldom go up north.
