Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut, Lumut
Recently, I was hosted for two nights at Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut in Lumut, Perak, during my participation in the food and fun hunt that was organised by the resort.
Although this resort isn’t a new holiday destination, I have to say that if not because of the hunt, I wouldn’t purposely spend a vacation here. However, once I arrived, I realised how much I have missed all these while.
Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut is truly a “destination” because a holiday-maker can have a most enjoyable time within the property itself, without having to drive to the nearest town to look for attractions or entertainment, due to its self-contained nature.
Besides the well-known Damai Laut Golf & Country Club that is located in the resort vicinity, it being a par-72 championship buggy-tracked course, guests are also free to indulge in a host of other activities, from horse riding to ATV adventures.
I would say that within this luxurious setting of lush greenery and breathtaking sea view, there are many things to do, or not do at all, for everyone in the family.
In this post, let me share with you some of the photos that I took during my two-night stay. It was a vacation that was way too short. I am definitely planning to return. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said in The Terminator, “I’ll be back!”

Sound like a great fun getaway at Lumut. I would love to visit this place one day.
Been here before and I loved it here… only problem was there was too many flies when I was there…

Seems like a great place for a family vacation, and I’m guessing it’s more affordable than most of the places around there anyway. Thanks for the suggestion, will keep it in mind for my next fam holiday! 🙂
Swiss Garden lumut still maintain the cleanliness of their hotel . I have not been there more than 10 years.

It looks relaxing here and a nice getaway from the busy city life. If you just want to hide and destress. I like it especially the pool area 🙂

What a beautiful place for a getaway. It’s all winter and snow here in Canada. It makes me want to book my plane ticket and take my family there for a week in paradise.
From its aerial view I can understand how fabulous the place is! Just beside the beach, with all those palm trees and pools its so picturesque!
I’ve looked a this resort several times and wondered whether it would be a good location for a quick beachy getaway. Looking at the pictures of the pool, I think the kids would easily be entertained for a weekend here!
Seen so boring there, look like grounded in the resort, is there others attraction?
