Palm Garden Hotel in IOI Resort City is located on the fringes of Putrajaya. If you are visiting Putrajaya, but do not want to stay there because of lack of night entertainment, this is where to be. The best of both worlds, so to say.

During my recent 4D/3N trip to Selangor, this was one of the two hotels I stayed at, the other was Marriott Putrajaya, which is also owned by IOI Properties, Top 3 developer in Malaysia based on market capitalisation.

Nestled in 330 acres of scenic and lush green lung in the city, the 4-star Palm Garden Hotel offers 151 tastefully appointed rooms and suites to cater to different requirements of guests. All rooms have windows that open out to a view of lush green surroundings.

Our room, Heliconia, is equipped with twin beds, settee, LCD television, working desk, mini bar, room safe deposit box, ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities and toiletries. It was comfortable enough for two guests but I was a little disappointed that the safe deposit box was not wide enough to fit my 12in laptop.
