Container living is getting more popular among tourists because it offers a different kind of experience and ambience. Although it is not a new concept, when I had the chance to try NafasCube @ Mardi for one night, I was elated.

While one container is not much different from the other, Nafas Cube @ Mardi is in a class of its own due to the environment, amid a radiant garden setting. Nafas, after all, means ‘breathe’ in Malay. At NafasCube @ Mardi, there is indeed plenty of fresh air to rejuvenate us.

NafasCube @ Mardi is located merely minutes from the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), one of Asia’s most comprehensive showground and exposition park facility.

Besides container-style rooms, cube-style living is also offered here. Due to its compact size, cubes may not be suitable for all guests. Besides, unlike containers, cubes do not have en suite bathroom.

For guests who seek comfort above all else, they may opt for the more spacious Executive or Premium room. Rates at NafasCube @ Mardi start from RM120 nett (weekday) and RM150 nett (weekend). Is container hotel your kind of accommodation?

  1. Menariknya..i pernah lalu je sebab kebetulan masa tu i ada event di MAHA 2016..memang mata dah tertarik pada kabin container tu tapi tak berpeluang nak singgah

  2. wow it seems not bad, but maybe they could paint it or deco it with more cheerful / bright colour to give it a bit more interesting and easier to attract people.

  3. The surrounding looks nice and relaxing. I don’t think I will like the cube type without bathrooms.

  4. oh, this is new to me!! It’s quite interesting to stay in a cube like this. The bathroom is so neat and the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings is so fulfilling.
