My stay at Equatorial Cameron Highlands was less than pleasant. Spending a night at the service apartment and subsequently checking out a standard room at the hotel, I have a feeling that the service apartment is like the neglected step-daughter.
It was bad enough that upon our late check-in at the low-rise apartment, water from the tap was murky, but waking up at 7am, we discovered that there was no water at all! The hotel staff blamed it on low water pressure.
My room mates and I had to trudge to the hotel in our jammies and get ourselves a complimentary room to freshen up. Hence, that was how we ended up using two rooms for one night.
It was a lot of time wasted that I didn’t manage to visit the Brinchang morning market, or at least, shoot more photos of the hotel.

Cameron… so lovely! I’m a born and bred Malaysian, but have yet to step my feet there!
