It is common knowledge that some of the most delicious food can be found in Ipoh. It is a known fact that there are people who would take the trouble to drive to Ipoh from other cities just to indulge in our gastronomic delights.
However, being out-of-towners, searching for the right food shop around town can be quite a hassle, especially for someone who is not so adventurous on unfamiliar roads.
Now, with the opening of Next Food Avenue, the problem of searching for some of the best street food in Ipoh is solved. With the revamping and rebranding exercise of Ipoh Parade at a cost of close to RM90 million, comes along Next Food Avenue that brings a refreshing shopping mall food court concept that caters to a larger cross-section of the community.
With a total of 26 stalls in two distinctive sections, namely pork-free (12) and non-halal (14), the management of Next Food Avenue has brought together a wide selection of local favourites, not only in Ipoh, but also from out of town.

Yup, the old food court is gone, and moved to this section of the mall.
However, the sizzling hot plate noodle stall is still here, in the pork-free section of the new food court.
